Reception / Concierge

Clients with large Offices, Apartment Blocks or Hotels can use Aran Security for reception / concierge duties instead of, or in conjunction with, their own staff.

In addition to providing regular security services, duties may also include any or all of the following:

• Monitoring of cameras and alarm systems
• Operation of barriers and gates
• Fire and safety patrols
• Post and Parcel runs
• Monitoring of equipment
• Responsibility for keys and knowledge of their use
• Reporting of faults
• Signing Visitors in and out of the building
• Escorting Visitors to the required Venue
