Please note that:

1. All successful applicants will be subject to a series of interviews.
2. Applicants for Static Guarding positions must have a minimum of 1 years experience in the Irish Security Industry and hold FAS Safe Pass Certification.
3. Applicants for Retail Guarding positions must have a minimum of 3 years retail experience in the Irish Security Industry.
4. Applicants for Store Detective positions must have a minimum of 3 years retail experience in the Irish Security Industry and preferably hold a full, clean driving licence.
5. Applicants for Supervisor roles must have a full, clean driving licence and a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in the Irish Security Industry.
6. All applicants must provide a 10-year checkable employment history.

Training

Intake training by our in-house ISI Training Officer is mandatory for all new recruits.

Furthermore, a 2-day class-based, induction-training programme (FETAC Level 4) is compulsory for all new staff.

All new staff must also undergo detailed site-specific training, provided by Aran’s Operational Management and overseen and assessed by Supervisory staff.

An assessment of each Staff members’ progress is kept on their Personnel File and is regularly reviewed by Management.  Those needing further training are returned to the classroom for a further 2 days.

All Retail Officers and Store Detectives must undergo refresher courses every six months.
